There are 26 current and former NEA-NH members running for office this November, and they need your help. Educators deserve a place at the table when decisions are being made that impact public education. Record Number of NEA-NH Current and Former Members Running in November

Today in America, our schools are facing a lack of mental-health supports for students, teacher shortages, school shootings, book bans, and more. A new NEA survey shows that, despite their political differences, the vast majority of U.S. voters share the same concerns about public education today. What’s more, their concerns mirror the concerns of NEA members, who are working hard as school resumes to make sure all students have what they need. NEA-NH Members Can Receive Discounted Graduate Credits

NEA New Hampshire has partnered with Russell Sage College and VESi to offer members a yearly subscription to online graduate courses for $225 per year. You can enroll in one course per term or two courses during the summer (if you skip fall or spring), for a total of 3 courses per year. There will be a brief town hall Wednesday, October 18 at 7:00PM for NEA-New Hampshire members seeking graduate credit to learn about the VESI program. The Jo Campbell Legacy and Award

The Jo Campbell Education Support Professional Award is an award that is given to a NEA-NH ESP member that exemplifies the spirit and tenacity of Josephine “Jo” Campbell. Jo dedicated her life to her students as an elementary school teacher, her community as a peace activist, to her co-workers as a highly active member of her local association and then went on to serve all educators as a New Hampshire Uniserv Director. As an NEA-NH UniServ Director she devoted much of her time to the betterment of Education Support Professionals in the state of New Hampshire.
