We’re gathering parents, educators, students, librarians, and community members to peacefully read from frequently banned books and send a clear message: New Hampshire kids deserve the freedom to learn, not censorship.

📚 HB324, a dangerous book ban bill, is now on Governor Ayotte’s desk—and could be signed into law any day. But she still has the power to veto it. By reading the very books this bill targets, we’re standing up for kids’ access to diverse stories, inclusive education, and the right to see themselves—and others—reflected in what they read.

🧒 This is a kid-friendly event! We’ll have free banned books, quiet reading spots, and fun ways for readers of all ages to join in.

🪧 Bring a friend, a sign, and a book—just show up ready to read and rise.

This is a coalition event hosted by organizations across New Hampshire united in one belief: public schools should be places of learning, not censorship. Help us protect the freedom to read.
