May 22 Webinar: “The People Win: Korean Labor and Social Movements Defeat a Dictator” Throughout history, the labor movement has played a crucial role in liberation struggles, from fighting South African apartheid to ending communist rule in Poland. Most recently, our union siblings in the (South) Korean Teachers and Education Workers Union, stood strong during a general action against the December 4th imposition of martial law by President Yoon.
