To all our dedicated Educational Support Professionals,

During American Education Week, we want to take a moment to shine a light on each of you. Your hard work, dedication, and tireless commitment to our school communities make you the very backbone of the public education system.

We specifically want to celebrate you today on ESP Day! While you often work behind the scenes as the “unsung heroes” of our schools, please know that your contributions are invaluable. Whether you are ensuring our schools are safe and clean, providing essential administrative support, offering one-on-one assistance in the classroom, or share your familiar and comforting smile as students pass by to receive their lunch, your efforts do not go unnoticed.

NEA-New Hampshire continues to fight for proper compensation and benefits for all educators, and we are proud to stand with you in this effort.

Thank you for everything you do to support student success!

In The Highest of Regards,

The NEA-NH ESP Issues Committee

Nicole Argraves (Seacoast Uniserv Director)

Veronica Barton (Plymouth Regional Educational Support Staff)

Julie Doiron (Northwood Education Support Personnel)

Jennifer Collyns-Duda (Para Educators at Kearsarge)

Christine Kennison (Berlin Educational Support Staff)

Tammy Preble (Exeter Paraprofessional Association)

Jennifer Simon (NH State Executive Board ESP Representative)
