This message is being sent collaboratively to provide unified and consistent recommendations to school boards, superintendents/central office administrators, teachers, school principals, school special education staff, support staff, other district staff and most importantly, to public school students and their parents. NEA-NH Releases Statement of Principles-COVID-19

As the state of emergency continues, the safety of our students, educators, and all their families remains our top priority. Our actions, decisions and recommendations are based on these principles, which have been divided into three areas: Health and Safety of Students and Educators, Professional Issues Relating to Teachers, ESPs and other Education Employees, and Information and Communication. NEA-NH Offices Closed Until April 6

To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of our employees, all NEA-NH office buildings will be closed until April 6.  Professional staff and managers will continue working from remote location to assist members during the closure.


NH Educators: Commitment to Students Doesn’t Change During Pandemic

Coronavirus Impact on NEA-NH Events UPDATED

All NEA-NH events that require significant numbers of members to interact face-to-face are being examined to determine if they should be postponed, canceled, or moved to an online platform. The NEA-NH Delegate Assembly scheduled for March 13 has been postponed and will be rescheduled. NEA-NH Youth Suicide Prevention Conference scheduled for March 28 will be moved to an abbreviated online format on the same date. NEA-NH Elections Now Open

NEA-New Hampshire elections are now open. Voting will close MARCH 22 at 5:00 PM. Voting will again be conducted online this year. To cast your ballot, you will need to enter your last name and email address in the log in screen on the voting site. These must match the information NEA-NH has on file for you.
