Understanding New Hampshire’s Restraint Law

Presented by NEA-NH Staff Attorneys Esther Kane Dickinson and Lauren Snow Chadwick

The topic of this workshop is NH RSA 126-U, New Hampshire’s Child Restraint Law. The goal of the workshop is for educators to understand the law and how to comply with it. This is done through a guided discussion of the law and common scenarios where the law applies. NEA-NH Staff Attorneys Esther Kane Dickinson and Lauren Snow Chadwick will also go over strategies for educators to advocate for themselves, their colleagues, and their students within the limits of the law.

Light snacks will be available. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to refresh and relax with your colleagues.
