This workshop will cover numerous issues our members are experiencing with complying with Special Education Laws and providing the best education for their students. Have you been pulled from your regular assignment to cover other emergencies? Have you been told not to make suggestions during an IEP meeting or not to refer students? Are you having difficulty getting guidance on behavior management plans to deal with runaways and violent students considering the restraint law restrictions? Have you experienced hostility for making suggestions to parents about program alternatives? If any of this sounds familiar, this presentation is for you! Please submit questions for discussion prior to April 27.
RSVP BY FRIDAY, MAY 4 (at email@example.com or 603-715-9311)
